ValenSPA Day!. I received a Retreat Gift Certificate for Valentine’s Day. I’ve got to say; “My husband got it right this year!” The Retreat has to be the best spa I’ve visited. I received a Facial, Manicure & Pedicure. I was stunned how often I was asked if I was comfortable or I needed anything. I’m not good with names but the woman who performed my facial (spoke in a European accent) was obviously an “expert” in skin care. Not only was my facial awesome, she helped me tremendously on my personal skin care. I was served a free Fruit Parfait during my pedicure in a pedicure chair that really massaged (not vibrate) my back... Pretty Cool! The girl who performed pedicure also did my manicure. I think her name was Sammy (blonde). My nails look great (fingers & toes).…
A Day To Remember!. I recently used a Retreat Spa Gift Certificate my husband gave me for my birthday in September. It was 4 hours of Pure Bliss! I've never experienced a massage (forgot the name) where the therapist walks on your back. That was fabulous! My pedicure and manicure, performed by Megan, was equally great! It was beautiful and everyone was so nice! I can't wait to go again!…

I'm A Spa-Fanatic! This Is The One For Me!. I've been visiting The Retreat for about 10 years. During that time I've went to other spas that were recommended or I received a gift certificate. Nothing compares to The Retreat! Every time I've received a service (i.e. Facial, Massage, Hair, Manicure, Pedicure...) the experience and the results has been PERFECTION! I can always count on several compliments from people after I've been there.…
Inconsistant service!. I have been to this salon several times. If you get the right technician/aesthetician then it can be a worthwhile experience. My first facial was wonderful, the aesthetician did a great job & my skin was glowing after the session. My second facial was a disaster, I got a different lady who started our session by telling me how tired she was, it went seriously downhill from there. I had a bad reaction during & after the facial, it took nearly a week to get my face back to normal. I had a similar experience with their manicure & pedicure package. The first time I had both manicure & pedicure I was impressed with the results, the second time it was terrible. One of my nails had been badly filed & was sore as a result & the polish had been very badly applied. The talented aesthetician no longer works here, I definitely wouldn't recommend this salon!…
