Pretty complex, but not the quietest place to live

This is a great place to live if you do not want to hear neighbors above you. But the walls are incredibly thin - I could hear my neighboring snoring every night!! The staff is friendly and maintenance requests are usually filled the same day or the next day at the latest. The grounds are kept nicely. This apartment is better than your average apartment, and the price is right for Dublin, but you don't get all the nice amenities either e.g. soundproof walls, nice appliances, cabinets, carpet.

• Pros: Good price for Dublin, pretty landscaping, fast response to maintenance requests, parking, no neighbors above you
• Cons: loud, small
