low quality flowers and poor service to match.
My husband bought sunflowers for me and was told they would bloom the next day. After a week, they were dying without ever opening. When he tried to get his money back, he was told several lies about the "return policy": we not do returns, returns are only made within the first two days, etc. Then she only gave him 50% of his refund because supposedly the vase was $5 and the accompanying foliage-crap bloomed (when actually it stayed in the condition it was in when purchased). I told my husband to go back and get his ENTIRE refund and the woman appeared extremely agitated and told him that the manager would call later. He never called us and I'm still trying to get the full refund we deserve.
