Good for a WalMart.... but.... On general I'm not big on Walmart. But this one seems to have really crappy management. The GM is Billy Link, big bald, liar.. He is hard to talk to and always makes false promises to customers. Second of all, they won't even answer the **** phone even though I urgently need to speak with a lower manager, and trust me, he is LOWER his name is Tim, he works nights. See how your experience goes if you complain through these managers. Best of luck. In fact my friend was just fired by them after suffering a long term LOA due to a on the job injury. Hell, they won't rest until justice and compensation is duely served. Can't clame em. Like I said, Billy lied to me about a giftcard after a complaint. Do not trust the management.

terrible automotive customer service. This Wal-mart location is very out of the way for me, however I purchased my tires there so the warranty is also there. I called the store before I left home to check their hours and make sure I could get my car worked on. When I arrived (4 hours before they closed) the customer entrance to their Tire and Lube location was locked. I assumed this was by accident so I called the store and asked to be connected to the automotive dept. No one answered. I called back to Customer Service and asked if the Tire and Lube department was open. I was placed on hold while she got a manager. I waited there on hold and saw several people inside the Center walking around and apparently not hearing me knock. I stayed on hold while I drove around to the front of the store, went inside, and walked up to the customer service desk. I pointed to the blinking hold light on the woman's phone and told her I was the one still on hold. I waited there while she paged the automotive manager several more times.

"Lou" finally came to the front and listened to my story and explained that his employees were all at lunch - that's why the door was locked and no one answered the phone. He made it pretty clear that he didn't care about my frustration or the lack of response from any employee there. He was rude and treated me like a problem. I told him he was a poor manager and he went on about how horrible it was for me to say that to him. I asked the woman at the customer service desk for another manager. "Jerry" was more responsive and asked the other one why they'd lock the door and not respond to customers. He did offer me a free oil change. I thanked him but told him that if the automotive manager cared that little about his job, I didn't want his employees touching my car.

I won't be returning. What use is that warranty?
