Delaware >Franco Alexander's Design Grp
most inappropriate. I happen to know personally that he make these "great" reviews himself if you are great it will show in your work you don't have to"Talk people up"to make them like the same cut you've done on them for years! He treats his employee's like they are trash! He is the most unappropriated business owner I have ever seen. There is a place for certain things! And what you do behind closed doors should remain there!Use caution when going to this salon if you are easily offended or have children DO NOT GO!He is very loud and ridiculous! He boasts about all the "GOOD" he does for everyone and how catholic he is..Bahhh he is a pompous wind bag looking for someone to give him the "pat on the back" he thinks he deserves! the salon has some great potential if they could just get him to retire...
A taste of Fashionable NYC & LA.
When it comes to cutting my hair I am very particular and am willing to spend top $$$. I often travel to NYC and LA where i spend close to $30-45 on a cut...and here in Delaware is Franco's...This little salon belongs in the big cities. If it was, I would bet all my cash that this place would have people flocking to it by the minute. It is better then the places that offer cuts for top dollar.
Franco offers a very reasonable price for the quality provided. The environment is very comfortable and friendly. And if your lucky you will meet Franco himself, who is a riot! He is one of the nicest and funniest guys I've met.
...If you need a quality cut with guaranteed excellent service...go to Franco's!
I love this salon!.
I have been going to Franco's since it was Hairstylists USA, and even though I no longer live in Delaware I still drive up there for special occasions and hair emergencies. I had them do my hair for my wedding and Gina saved my head from the horrible things a barber had done to it in high school. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They all train with any new products they get in and share that training with you. Not only will they do your hair right, but they make a point of showing you how to do it too. Everyone there is very friendly and Franco makes it seem like you are visiting friends more than a business.
For a long time it was only 3 employees and then I believe they began expanding by hiring students to answer the phones, and eventually young stylists as well. With young people there will always be turn over, but the two veteran stylists (Franco and Gina) have been there since the beginning.
As for the decor, currently it is a Tuscan vibe which I find very relaxing. You feel like you are at a salon in Europe or if you have never been to Europe think The Continent in its prime. Someone on here previously referred to it as trashy, but they were mistaken. The pieces of plaster missing from the walls to expose sections of brick underneath is a style many pay a great deal of money to duplicate. As someone currently studying architecture and interior design I can tell that exposed brick is a pro not a con.
For Delaware Ohio. Good salon. Trashy, needs paint job outside and inside, good people Franco is a fruit but funny and very nice. Gina is best stylist there. Place goes through employees a lot which makes me wonder about the who runs the management aspect. The only 2 times I have been there was food out and it was nice to see they want to treat their clients well. Could use some upgrades. But for Delaware I rate in 3rd behing Collective and the new place on sandusky
Great Salon. This salon was a GREAT experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and made you feel like they knew you forever. They were up on the latest styles and trends, they do this new technique called Presage and it adds curl to your hair without any chemicals....very cool!!! They also do Massages and have a Gift Shop that is HUGE.
