The worst stay of my LIFE!. I booked online for two queen beds non smoking handicap. Not what I got when I showed up! We were put on the third the room smelled horrible like smoke. The hall was so smokey you could not see the other end. When I went to the front desk all the woman could do was say she was sorry. The toilet got clogged a couple times, the refrigerator and AC were working on and off. The next morning daughter, husband and I had little red bites all over us. That's when we decided enough was enough. As I was checking out the manager was sitting down drinking a soda and mumbling under breath saying rude and nasty things. My family and I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again!
Free coffee refills and budget rates make this motel tops with highway travelers..
In Short
The first Super 8 opened in Aberdeen, S.D., in 1974, charging $8.88 a night. Today, the national franchise, with its familiar red-and-yellow sign, still stands for dependable rooms at wallet-friendly prices. A staple for road-tripping families, truck drivers and tour groups, the motel offers complimentary morning coffee and continental breakfasts. Another perk for travelers: Super 8 travel cups may be refilled for free at any of the motel's locations.
