Clean Office and Staff. Dr. Cruz and his assistant, Joy provide consistently excellent service. The office is very clean and the staff is sanitary-conscious.

Everyone is so Nice!. The front staff is so nice. Ruby and Joyce are very helpful and I am very pleased with all the help they gave us.

Very Kind and Professional. All the staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I am also very happy with the care I received form Dr. Shen and her assistant. I would very highly recommend Dr. Shen and the staff to others needing care.

Very unproffessional!. Let me first start off by saying I really liked Dr. Shen she was very nice very proffessional. The office staff and nurses on the other hand are terrible! I scheduled a new patient appointment for my daughter and was told to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out paper work. When we walked in we were not greeted at all, walked up to the desk and stood there for about 2 minutes before anyone said anything which still wasnt hi it was insurance and id please. I filled out her paper work and then sat there until 30 minutes after my scheduled time to go back. When back there we were given 3 scripts which I dropped off on Thursday evening to the pharmacy. When I went to pick them up one couldnt be filled due to needing pre-authorization from my ins. the pharmacy called the doctors office and let them know.

On Tuesday I called the pharmacy and they had yet to hear anything so I called the office and before I could finish explaining the rude lady that answered the cut me off and said you need the nurse and before I could say anything transfered me to a voicemail. I left a message and on the recording it says we will get back to you within 24hrs. On Thursday I stll had heard nothing called them back and again was transfered to a nurse that said well the pharmacy should have told you it takes 72hrs ( it had already been a week) I said well I called the office and had I have been called back you guys could have told me that and it has been a week! Still no script and sick of dealing with it we will not go back very rude VERY, VERY, VERY unproffesional!
