Couldn't have asked for a better vet.... Dr. Libby is so amazing. We used to go to Winchester Vet clinic but after our cat was diagnosed with diabetes and WVC charging us twice as much as they pay for the insulin, we HAD to look elsewhere to help our kitty cat out! Family…
