Very good weekend thing!!!. Me and my family picked this place after a friend told me about it. The place is very nice not in the ghetto. All the staff were very nice and helpful!!!! I got very nervous after reading all the negative reviews but we had heard many good things from our friends. My husband had just got back from overseas with the military and just wanted to do a weekend thing. There is different things for all ages. We have 3 kids ages 8,9 and 11 and all had very good time!!!!!!!!!!!!Even the parents !!!!!!!!!!I would def go again. I can't beleive all the bad things being said about this place. Very good weekend thing!!!!!!!!!!!

Large and clean room. We arrived a bit early but our room was ready and clean. The lobby was busy but there was no wait to check in and the kids enjoyed fresh baked cookies while they checked us in. There were several options to book and we selected a package that included dinner for us the night we checked in and breakfast the next day.

The room was large and very clean. Our room had a king bed with a pull out couch and both were comfortable. Our room had both a refrigerator and a microwave which was a nice surprise.

The hotel was busy but they had lots of staff checking on the guests and taking care of everyone. We ate in the dining room at 8 pm and waited less than 5 min before being seated. There were kid friendly foods ( chicken nuggets, corn dogs) on the menu and also grilled salmon which was very good.

The park was clean and we were able to find a table easily to place towels etc. Lines for the slides were no more than 5 minutes and there were lifeguards monitoring every area. Locker rooms were clean and even had a machine to wring water out of swimsuits.

The arcade is very big and I really enjoyed the machines provided that counted the tickets and gave reciepts to redeem for prizes.

The kids had a great time and everything we needed was right there. There was a full bar for the parents and activites planned all day and evening for kids. We really enjoyed the Kid Karaoke and the mining for crystals. I also really liked the single entrance/exit point in the park. Food/lockers are all available inside and it made me feel safer to be able to keep my kids in view no matter where they were in the park.

I'd recommend this resort especially to families who want to have everything in one place.

Dont believe the reviews. My wife showed me the reviews after we booked the trip. We wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the older reviews. They must have made changes because we enjoyed the whole expierence. The staff was very nice, the rooms were very clean, and the food was great. My kids are asking when we can go back. Don't believe all the reviews.

Great stay!. Great stay at the resort! Waterpark was perfect for my 5 year old and I felt comfortable with my infant too. Much more clean that we expected...always tough when you have a bunch of kids running around. Staff could not have been sweeter and they even went out of their way to help us with a missing bag. We found it exactly where we left it!
