Mark Pi's Express

Terrible Customer Service. Friday, Jan 20, 7:40 PM. I've been eating at the Ohio State University Medical Center location for over 5 years now about twice every week and today was my last time doing so. The customer service has been going down hill over the years. They no longer even hesitate to serve Teriyaki Chicken that is old and dry, rock hard consistency, and beef jerky looking. I've had to ask the cashier many times if they were okay serving that quality of food to a customer to which they said they were closing in 2 hours and weren't going to make more.

Well, I had to get the cashier off her cellphone as usual before she would take my order and when I asked for a Kung Pao Chicken in a large portion, I was told NO by the cashier even though I had received that particular order numerous times over the past 5 years and was willing to pay the difference in cost. Finally, she relented after a few minutes of persistence and called her manager and said she would do the order but only this one and final time.

What kind of customer service is it where the first response to a reasonable request is a flat "No" to a regular customer and followed by arguing with the customer for minutes at a time? Due to the decreasing quality of the customer service at that location, this will be the last time I will be eating Mark Pi's.…
