The appointment makers ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!! They'll ask if you can be put on hold, when you said you can't, then they'll repsponse, "Well, I have to!". Very curt and short. If that's th case, why even bother to asked if the caller can be put on hold???? Then they'll yell at you again when you argue with them. BAD MANNERS!!
Dont get it wrong, the direct care personnels (doctors, nurses, and front desks were nice people)...but the ones behind the phone were outrageous.
I made my case, and maybe this will be last time I visit them. I've had enough!
