this place really needs some fixing to
do. First off I felt like I was rushed out of this place and didnt recieve the proper care I needed. Second the whole thing just flew right past me in a blink of an eye. They need to take there time with there patients and explain in layman's terms whats going on. Thirdly they need to explain the papers they give us in a more proper manner instead of just throwing them at me and mumbling what they are and then quickly moving on to the next thing. This was certainly the worst doctors visit I have ever recieved. Its sad because I remember there service being pretty good when I was younger. There were two nurses in that place that did a decent job. OVERALL VERY POOR QUALITY!!!

First time for a long time.
I feel the office staff here are very callous and unconcerned about their patients problems. The Office Manager ( I think ) yanked my cell phone and phone charger from the waiting room wall and handed it to me saying "you can't do that here". :( She wore her ID badge backward so I couldn't see her name and grinned when she noticed me trying to see it. She then walked off. I was very offended and was expecting an important call as i was worked on filling out a stack of papers she had given me. They showed apathy toward me and my property. I left without being treated, and the ladies behind the front desk acted like they couldn't care less.I Called the Main office and let customer service know what happened, but no response yet. I haven't been treated this badly since my last trip to the BMV.
