After looking a the reviews I don't know what they are talking about. Looked them up with the better business bureauro before I hired them, A rating. Guaranteed was great, did a good job selling me only what I needed. There was one small problem with the install that was fixed right away.

The bad reviews below were the only reviews posted by those accounts, in one case the "person" posted more than one negative review about Guaranteed.

BEWARE! Price Gouging.. BEWARE! Price gouging. My AC unit was freezing up and I paid $95 for a service call to tell me the coil was dirty and needed clean. My service guy, Mike, then tells me he will need to have another tech come out to service this which will be $400. He also made reference to having to cut the pipes to get to the coil. Well, I had a second opinion who was able to clean the coil without cutting any pipes, added freon and even checked my heating unit for $200. Soooo, please be cautious if considering this company.

The WORST company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. These other reviews must be paid associates, because this is officially the WORST company that I have ever dealt with!!!!! Rude and half assed workmanship. They failed to install my furnace properly and the owner calls me STUPID for not inspecting the inside of the furnace more regularly. As far as the work goes they cut corners on everything they could. My brother in law who does HVAC commercially for a living just had to laugh and email a picture of the work to all his HVAC buddies. RUN! RUN! RUN! Let your 2 year child do the work before these guys!!!!

Excellent service.. Excellent service. They accommodated our last minute call without hesitation and surcharge. Labor fees and overall cost completely reasonable. The only negative was that we had not called them before...the previous HVAC company we used when our heater condensation pump failed obviously gouged us.

Respectable business. I do drywall and was working at a job where they were installing an A.C. unit for the people there. I know that service guys like plumber,electricians, A.C. HVAC, and painters, etc are usually rough around the edges and crass at times but not these guys. When our AC system started acting up I called them up, because i remembered how well they had treated the client for which I was also doing work for. They treated me with the same respect and professionalism that they did for them. They replace a coolant coil which had ruptured, and where in and out in no time.

AC problem solvers. The AC unit in our guest house finally gave in last summer, and the summer is almost around the corner...so I called around getting different quotes for the job. Guaranteed Heating & Cooling had the best price by far and they were also very understanding of the limitations of the times they could work due to the fact that I work, and can't be there all day except the weekends. They did a great job, and now we'll be ready for the summer.

AC System. They did a fantastic job installing my AC system...nothing was damaged,scratched, or anything else. I will definitely recommend them to others. Thanks for such a good job guys.

Their work is great. My heater broke down last month, and with the crazy weather we've been having I wasn't sure if we would need it anymore but it looked like we would. I called Guranteed Heating because our neighbor told us that they had done a good job on a house that they rent out in another part of town. We called them. They came promptly, on time, and had a diagnosis in no time. They came back the next day with the parts they needed to replace, and everything was done by the end of the day..they are great.
