I got there at 5 for my man/ped appt. The manicure area was dark, dusty, uninviting. The nail polishes were dated, hard to open, dry...a sign they don´t have a lot of business for that work.
The lady who did the man/ped was very nice and carried a conversation...but she was not highly trained doing that type of job. Her tools were dirty and not sanitized. She painted my nails and cuticle!!!... she tried to get rid of the paint on my cuticles but got rid of the actual pain in my nails! You can tell from someone who does nails right, they rarely use the brush n remover...
A group of teens entered the area, making the worker uncomfortable and worrying they were going to steal somethiing.
Pedicure was the same deal. The massage chair didn*t work, water was boiling hot. She used some salts on my legs that made a rash and just didnt feel good. I left the place at almos 7 p.m.!!!
I dont do my nails that often, but when i do i enjoy someone who does a good job. The place was just uninviting, dirty...not what i expected. The small nail places in shipping strips do a better job.
