Mis-diagnosed & Mis-treated. Do NOT take your pet here! It took the incompetant vets here 4 visits to properly diagnose my dog and then still used the wrong medicine to treat the problem. We saw 3 of their vets for the same problem. I had to spend hundreds of $$ @ OSU to get the illness to resolve but my dog is left with permanent damage b/c of the delay in proper treatment! OSU treated my dog with a totally different medicine. When I confronted the "doctors" about the mis-diagnosis/improper treatment I was told to 'call them when I get my DVM degree!' The owner vet called me numerous times at odd hours of the night to argue with me. . . he did not care about my dog but only about defending himself & his employee vets. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a facility or "doctors."

Stay Away From Here... Please. This place should be shut down. To have black bugs crawling around and getting on myself and my dog is bad. But staring at blood on the floors and walls while you wait is terrible. The charge high price so they should be able to pay someone off the street to clean or hire an externinator for all the bugs.

Do yourself a big favor and go down the road to Stelzer Road. They have a clean facility with people that communicate well and dont overcharge. I am truly sorry I took my animals to these people. I hope the city does something about those poor animals in those conditions!
