Roto-Rooter. My Grans toilet was stopped up and we thought it was the main line. Called Roto Rooter at 8:30 am and they arrived by 9:30 am. Was able to unclog the toilet and have her running within an hour. He took the time to explain everything to her and give her his recomendations on what he believed would help her keep every thing flowing good. When you have someone friendly and patient enought to explain to an 86yr. old woman as if she was his own mother helps to take some bite from the pain of the bill.…

Roto-Rooter Plumbers April 7, 2012. Our Sump Pump suddenly began to break down. My husband was having to check it every few hours to make sure it was working. We called Roto-Rooter and they were very polite, first of all. We were able to get same day service. With other places we called, it seemed as if we might have to wait to fit into their schedule. Roto-Rooter came almost immediately. Sump-pumps are not cheap but our service man tried to keep the price down for us. We know because we have dealt with this issue before. He was polite and quick to boot which made this unexpected expensel a lot less painful.…

Best Plumbers around!. We knew we were going to have to replace the kitchen sink plumbing pipes and disposal unit, but a clogged sink finally forced our hands. At 9 pm, I scheduled an appointment online for 8-10 am the next morning. I promptly received an email confirmation. At 7:30 am, I received a phone call informing me John would be here in 1/2 hr. John did indeed arrive promptly, and after assessing the situation, thoroughly explained to me what needed to be done and what the cost would be. John was very conscientious about safeguarding my home from tracking in dirt and damaging anything. He was very pleasant and courteous, and repeatedly showed concern about my pets not being harmed or inadvertently getting out the door as he brought equipment in and out. After the job was done, John took time to explain how to protect my new pipes and garbage disposal unit. I have used Roto-Rooter in the past and will continue to do so. However, next time I call I will be sure to request John G. #1482!!!!! My 8 am appointment was wrapped up by 10 am!…

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/11/12. My kitchen sink was clogged. The plumber came to the house and snaked it in the morning. By that same evening without even using it, the sink backed up again. Needless to say I was frustrated. I had paid $239 for a service that was no good. Stay tuned there is more.....

I called back later in the afternoon and a different plumber was sent out to the house. He successfully cleared the drain and did so at no charge. I was very pleased after the second visit.…
