I went to Phia because they have all levels of stylists. I chose Chelsea to do my highlights. I emailed her a picture of Jennifer Aniston's hair. She did a lot of research beforehand on her color. I was very happy with my haircolor when she was done and I will definately go back!

I have been going to Annah, probably longer than Phia has been Phia. haha* She has give my mousy brown hair gorgeous blonde highlights, turned me platinum Barbie blonde for years, and now somehow turned that white hair into a lovely chocolate brown. I moved to Arizona a few months ago, even now from 2000 miles across the country, no one else can touch my hair. Only Annah; when I go home to visit every other month. Thank you for being the creative genius that you are!

Annah is the only one that I completely trust with my hair. To be completely honest, I've had bad experiences in the past and had to overcome a lot of nervousness in order for Annah and I to have a good relationship. Being part Japanese, I have ridiculously straight, thick hair (with a total of five cowlicks) and I'd grown accustomed to stylists blindly taking chunks out of my hair or being confused by its texture. As if she'd read my mind, Annah contacted me a few days before my appointment to create a plan and hear my ideas. "Japanese pop star mullet" is the description I gave. In addition, through the years of battling with my own hair, I'd created an arsenal full of weapons such as pictures, specific details, and the phrase "I don't want...". Annah approached me with understanding and I became open to her creative process. She is honest and extremely talented. The awesome part is that I left with a Japanese pop star mullet! She is a perfect fit for me!

As a brunette with long wavy hair, it is often hard to find someone who can color it without brassiness AND cut it to where it looks fabulous just about everyday. Annah does the most amazing job!! She is honest and gives tips and advice based on what you really need. She also has great knowledge in the products Phia has to offer. I've been going to her for 2 years and my hair has NEVER looked better!

I've gone to Phia for a few years and i love the vibe, the products and Annah the hair design wizard! I want to keep my funky short cut fresh and everytime I go in with nothing particular in mind, Annah ALWAYS puts a smile on my face with her color and cut designs. She is truly magical behind the chair!

I was recommended by my sister to try Phia salon, as I recently moved to Columbus from Austin. I made an appointment with Ross for color and a cut, and could not have been more pleased with the results. Ross took the time to teach me how to style my hair at home with ease. I walked out of the salon feeling fabulous and also with confidence to recreate the look for my daily life. Highly recommended!

Ross is great. He has been cutting my hair for over a year now and it has never looked better. He is very good at listening to and understanding how I want my hair to look. He answers all of my questions and has shown me how to style my hair in a variety of ways. He has many good tips and is very nice.

I've decided to give Phia Salon a chance after hearing nothing but great reviews about them. My stylist, Ross, always has a smile on his face. He's constantly suggesting styles that would look good on me. I've never been disappointed after leaving and that's what keeps me coming back.
