Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

Roto-Rooter Plumbers June 10, 2011. I had previously thought Roto-Rooter was more or less a drain cleaning service. When I learned they did general plumbing as well, I sent an email through their website to see if they could fix a leak in my outdoor hose spigot.

I received a quick response via email that they could take on this job and I scheduled an appointment over the phone.

I must say that Roto-Rooter's phone customer service is excellent. They are kind and helpful. I had some other issues with my plumbing and was told that I could mention them and have them looked at as well.

On the day of my appointment, I received a friendly call from Roto-Rooter and I was told that they could send out one of their best plumbers, and I have to say his work was excellent. I not only had my hose repaired (adding a shut-off valve I was lacking), but had my washer/dryer hookups replaced, and had a new shut off put on my hot water heater, and replaced an old saddle valve for my refrigerator's ice maker with a dedicated piece of plumbing with its own shut-off.

It was excellent work. The plumber was kind, helpful, and informative. He was a true expert. I will definitely consider Roto-Rooter for my plumbing work in the future. They are a great option for anyone in Columbus, OH.…

Roto-Rooter Service April 9, 2011. Roto-Rooter Service, April 9, 2011 We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter! Our kitchen sink, dishwasher and everything connected to it back up and I called Roto-Rooter and they were out within 1 hour of the call. Our service guy was upbeat and professional, very clean and extremely nice. He explained every step of what he was going to do and then again after. He walked me through important things to know NOT to put down the garbage disposal (thank you!) I was very happy with service and would recommend to anyone and reuse again if needed!!…

Saved from sewage. When I went to investigate a foul smell coming from my basement I noticed sewage bubbling up from a floor drain. I immediately called Roto-Rotor and the technician was here within the hour. He quickly fixed the problem and did a good job cleaning up. All my troubles went down the drain!…
