Mismatched appliances. Purchased new in the box matching stainless steel set of appliances for rennovation project. The refrigerator with the set was too tall for my application. The salesman assured me that a smaller one could be substituted with no problem.

When I received the appliances, I was shocked to see that the refrigerator was a painted grey finish vs. stainless! When I called the salesman, he told me he had ordered the wrong refrigerator and that stainless was not available in that size and model. If I wanted my appliances to match it would be an additional $ 400.00.

I then see the same set of appliances in the paper at Best Buy for $ 300.00 less than what I paid!
