Rude owners, NO Customer Service

Stay at your own risk. The front desk clerks are extremely RUDE and don't honor promises made during booking. Going to management is pointless, the owners will back their employees and treat you like you're wasting their time (pretty much, "you can stay and hush your mouth or leave"). You pay for the campground expense up front, so the employees don't care if you stay your entire time booked or are satisfied with services. There are no refunds for ANYTHING. We didn't ask for a refund, but were told this by the owners. The price of firewood and ice increased from the first to second day. We were very upset with the size of the lot and high prices.
