I took my car to this location to get the spark plugs replaced--- they charged my $80 just to replace the spark plugs. After replacing the spark plugs the engine was running worse than before. I went back the next day after the manager promised to do "whatever it takes" to fix the problem. They told me that they had put in the wrong spark plugs the first time around and that a different set of new spark plugs could do the trick. However the car was still running rough after they replaced the spark plugs-- presumably because they had damaged the spark plug wires in the process. In the end, they refused to give me new wires or a refund & I drove away with my car running worse than when I originally brought it in. This is the worst auto shop I have ever patronized!!!
