This company came to our house and gave us wonderful ideas. Our salesman was very knowledgable and creative. He looked at our back yard and then was able to come up with a design that fit in perfectly. The prices they quoted us were in line with others but we feel we got much more than offered by other companies. The sunroom they built looks like it was part of our original house. The workers showed up every day and kept everything very neat and clean. We were quite impressed with how organized they are. We wish these guys had done our garage. We highly recommend hiring them if you want a quality job!

DO NOT sign with Suncraft. They look nice up front, but they are horribly mean and angry people. They do not honor their word nor their guarantee. Their owner doesn't care what happens to you or your patio and he will rip your head off for asking anything. This mentality trickles down to their sales force (once they get their money) If you should happen to try and use their "satisfaction guarantee" the answer is something like "no I don't think so." If you should happen to be uphappy with the work, you'll need a lawyer to get it resolved.
Pros: The workers were nice, the work was pretty good
Cons: Doesn't honor guarantee, mean, angry owners and sales force, dishonest management
