Don't Eat Here!

Went to Butch's at a family member's insistence. He said it was the best italian place in the area...oh boy. As it turns out, we had to wait in a cold reception area, then had such slow service that some members of our party still don't have what they ordered. But it gets worse...we found a moving bug in our shrimp cocktail and the server offered to bring out the number of shrimp we hadn't already eaten. The bill was very pricey for mediocre food. I guess there's no charge for bugs...no accountability either. Eat here at your own peril!

Caution - Use Cash!!!

I visited Butch's Italian for the first, and I must say, last time last week. Food was ok, service was fair, but what has me upset is this. I was paying with a credit card and when it came to be signed, I realized that instead of it reading $6.35 it read $8.49. It was redone and I was assured that all I would be charged was $6.35. Going online to check my account I see that I have been not only charged $8.49 AND $6.35 but also, as of today there is another charge in the amount of $7.55.

When eating here, use cash to avoid all mistakes.

Butch's is a nice place and very friendly. The food was so so, at least for the price. 2 meals with water to drink and tip was 32.00. It doesn't have the wow this is great food.

Hidden Gem - A must for Italian food lovers

We went there with an open mind and was very happy for doing so. The food was great and the timing was perfect. Plenty of time for talking, but never rushed. I would go back there again and recommend it to anyone who likes great Italian food.

Today was the second time my husband and I have been to Butch's. It was REALLY good! I had the Chicken Armando (Awesome!) and my husband got the Eggplant Parm. Sandwich which is big. It was really good and not expensive. It remind's me of Carrabba's without the cost.
