Good chow, but bad service. This is pretty much your usual un-authentic Mexican fare, but the hard tortillas shells were great...crunchy, flavorful, and fresh. Other foods seemed fresh as well, and complimentary hot chips and salsa are served. Our only complaint was the service. I dont know if they were under staffed or what (the place WAS busy), but our wait person was slow on ALL venues. Even when she dropped off the check, it was 10 minutes before she came back to pick up our card. Then, another 8 minutes until she returned. We dont get down that way very often, but if we do, I would be hesitant to try them again.

Terrible service. Food tastes good.. We eat here often ONLY because of its location. I have never left happy with the service. We are not hard to please. Keep our drinks filled and bring our food after a reasonable wait. We have spent a long time waiting for our food (45 minutes or longer) more than once. Last time we were there we watched a waiter give BOTH of our burritos to one customer. We called the waiter over and asked if that was our food and the waiter said yes (without any sort of apology or assurance that our food was on the way.) The food itself is good. I've never tasted anything there I didn't like.

not the freshest food. We have dined there a couple of times and were told they had no quacamole or mole sauce and found out it is because they do not make it, instead they buy it pre-packaged. We also were served charro beans with hot dogs in them once! We have to agree " a big yuk"!

GREAT BLANCO DIP. AVERAGE MEXICAN FOOD. GREAT DIP. CHEF NOT CONSISTENT WITH MENU ALL THE TIME. EVERY TIME WE GO, WE ORDER THE SAME FOOD AND IT'S ALWAYS MISSING SOME INGREDIENT. THEY HAVE RUN OUT OF GUACAMOLE BUT WE WERE SERVED AVOCADOS? ALSO HAD HOT DOGS IN OUR BEANS? YUK!
