General POD use disaster

I moved from Orlando, FL to Baltimore, MD. I used the POD service for transport. I had a horrible time setting up a pick time/delivery time in orlando. After loading with movers that i had to pay to wait for the pod to arrive, we finished. The unit was sent to Baltimore and now that i am here in baltimore i am needing to unload my pod to a new storage facility as i am waiting for my home to be built. The cust service people explained that their delivery drivers would not deliver to snother storage and would be forcing myself to stay with there high dollar storage unit or come to there facility and pick the items up there and leave . What a disaster. horrible cust sevice. Please go over all the supposed hidden guidelines

Pods storage units really are convenient. Instead of having to load and unload twice as with conventional storage units, you only have to do so once with pods. It's a little bit more expensive, but well worth it if you ask me. You can also use the coupon code R101 when you order and save at least 5% on storage and moving costs.

PODS made our move easy! Great Customer Service

I had to remodel my house to sell it, then move. PODS of Columbus made all of this much easier for our family. They brought the unit out the first time to fill with items that cluttered the house (my realtor said decluttering the house would make it more desirable to buyers) and all items in our basement ( We finnished the basment to add $$ to our sale price)

When we were ready PODS picked up the unit and took it to their warehouse in Grove City for storage. Our House sold faster then we thought, so PODS brought back our storage unit so we could fill it with the rest of the house, then bak to the warehouse for 2 more months of storage while we bought & closed on our new house. The final delivery of our POD got to our new home 1 day before we moved in.............All I can say is Convenient!!!!!!!.....

We still have the POD in the Grove Ciy warehouse storing my patio furniture till summer. I recommend PODS to anyone!!!!
