Customer Service was five star. I recently needed a cleaning service for my eldery parents and called many services. when I spoke with Melissa at The Maids she was extremely helpful and attentive and took the time to understand my particular situation. When the team showed up they we're very friendly and made my parents feel very comfortable. They then proceeded to do everything I had asked Melissa for and they went above and beyond. I will be recommending The Maids to my friends for a long time. The service was top notch!

You Will not be Disappointed!. I have my home cleaned every other week and I can tell you 1st hand The Maids are absolutely the best! They have very nice people and they care about what they do.

Not happy at all with the service!. I have never used a maid service before but with two small children and very limited time, I decided to use the service. I got a flyer in a mail and didn't think twice about checking their reviews. A BIG MISTAKE! I ended up paying $50 more than the quoted price plus the house was not cleaned at all, they even left one room out!



When I called them to book an appointment, they were very specific with what they do service wise and it sounded good and the person on the phone sounded very professional. Well, my house that we are moving into has been empty since January and so I thought with a team of 4 people going in to a house with no furniture should be a breeze. It wasn't. Here's the list of what they didn't do. Base Boards, Kitchen cabinet inside(I requested this and wasn't touched), Cob webs all over the house, Behind the doors, and some carpeted area! That's most of the house! They did a nice job creating a pattern on the carpet with a vaccum but honestly I went into the house with a great expectation and I was crushed... so I called them to re clean the house. They did. Not happy again, so we called again, and they had the nerve to tell me that it's harder to clean the house without any furniture!! How is that possible? When I initially called them they said that house without furniture is a breeze!! What happen to that?? and on top of that they had the nerve to say they didn't make any money off of our service. We paid over $200 for a service we don't even think it's worth $100!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a decent cleaning job!
