Hugh White Honda - don't buy from these clowns. I am not sure what to say other that what happened.

I tried to by a car and trade in my 2005 Grand Caravan to only be insulted by the ignorant staff at Hugh White.

My offer to them was $26.5k on a new CRV and then any trade $$ they gave me on the van. They came back and said "Congrats - we'll give you the CRV for $26.5 (including tax & title) out the door - including $3k on your van". I bought the same CRV from Honda of Marysville for $26.5k (less tax & title) and sold the Van outright for $8k. Thats right $5k more than those idiots offered me.

I understand they need to make money but getting $5k (at least) in profit for 45 minutes of paperwork is insulting to you and everyone else. The worst thing is they treated me like I didnt know what I was doing. DO NOT SHOP THERE. The salesman's name was Serge - he and his boss are idiots and should not be allowed to speak to the general public.
