Perfect Service!. I sent flowers to a friend at Westerville at the last minute to be delivered within 2 hours and Flowerama's Andrea & Steve helped me craft a 'not-too-expensive' bouquet and had it delivered within an hour of my order!

It was all done over the phone and I was helped very patiently and pleasantly.

Right after, I recd a follow-up call from the driver letting me know the delivery was made!

I am very happy with their service & would recommend Flowerama to everyone! :)

Beautiful flowers and great customer service. I sent flowers to my sister for her birthday and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. They did a wonderful job, were very courteous, and were more than eager to do whatever they could to make my arrangment special. I was impressed by the same day delivery and the follow up call from their delivery driver to tell me the flowers had been delivered. I will definitely be returning.

Fool me once.... Ordered a "Thank You" gift for a co-worker. Delivered a "happy birthday" gift a day late. Offered a $10 gift certificate for my next order.

Always great service. I have ordered flowers for numerous people thru flowerrama over the last few years. I always find what I am looking for and have always been able to have it delivered the same day. Also I have always ordered flowers on their website which makes it very convenient. I will not purchase flowers from anywhere else.

Over the top service. The arrangement was absolutely incredible. Todd delivered to our neighbors house when we were not available. My wife really enjoyed the care and quality of the pwers. Thanks so much for the great service. I'm hooked as a future customer. Thanks for everything

Above Average Service..!!!!. I wanted flowers sent the same day..today, and Flowerama had the best prices for the value. I ordered it at 10:30am and they recipient had it by 1:30pm. They kept me aware of the progress and confirmation of delivery via email. By far the best service I have ever received from a florist. Very professional. I would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent service. Relying on an out-of-town vendor to deliver a beautiful arrangement -- in a timely manner -- and then to follow it up with a confirmation -- that is the ultimate in customer service. I would recommend Flowerama in Westerville to everyone!

GREAT SERVICE!. I have been using Flowerama for years, usually I go in an pick out myself - and they are ALWAYS helpful!

Today, I was in a pinch, called they picked out, put together and delived - ON TIME, and for a reasonable price!

I love Flowerama and will be a customer for life!

Wife loved the yellow roses!. I ordered my wife's favorite roses for our Anniversary, long stem yellow roses, and they were beautiful She usually gives me grief for ordering them as other flower shops have delivered shoddy yellow roses. But Flowerama delivered the most beautiful, just opened buds I have ever gotten her. Thank you so much!

Excellent service and followup!. I sent flowers to my Beloved Granddaughter and not only were they arranged beautifully, they were so fresh, the delivery person was polite, and there was no hassle wondering if they would arrive. I then received a phone call to let me know they were delivered. Outstanding service. I will recommend this florist to everyone.
