Hi my name is Janet. I lost 82 pounds with Pamela and Healthyone Fitness. She kept me motivated. It took me a whle before I wanted to listen to her and then finally it started rolling off. After 8 trainers, Now, I can say to the world to not forget HEALTHyONE FITNESS. She's got a way with people that most trainers just dont have. I am proud to recommend her. Hey, she even taught me to use the computer to learn about health. Now, that's going the extra mile. Call Pam at 614-832-4470. I promised to refer her to everyone I know, so here it is. Take advantage of her prices too. She is willing to work with you to get healthy. Let's see, that's about all I can think of right now. Just call her for more details. Maybe she will hire me as her marketing assistant after this. Are you listening, Pamela? Oh yeah, her motto the whole time you are there is GET FIT THE HEALTHY WAY! So be ready to hear that!
Pros: Positive, generous, heartfelt, dependable
Cons: wish I would have started listen to her earlier on. Finally clicked now though.

Bottom Line is:HEALTHYONE FITNESS, helped me to lose my bottom AND I'm off anti-depressants and now a successful businesswomen. You can see my ads on T.V.! I hesitated writing this review because this trainer is my best kept secret and I don't want to lose her to a big corporation, but I also wanted to share that when I was searching for my fitness equipment, her name came up and I just had to write a review. Just to let you know, my adopted daughter who has also been overweight and has a disfigurement is now getting fit,she lost 40 pounds and her self esteem has improved to the point that she will ride her bike now out in public. I don't know how much I can write here, but for a parent to see a child happy again is even more reason for me to take care of my self after all the hard work from the trainer and me and my child. I just say thank you to God for allowing this teacher to appear in my life. She's the best and I hope she sees this and knows how eternal grateful the chain of people that have been helped from just me making my life better. Amazing how one individual can make such a difference in a life. Thank you for allowing me to express myself and to say THANK YOU.
Pros: Optimistic, Positive, and very well educated
Cons: Not enough of her to spread around
