Nice Hoodie - friendly service. I went to look up the phone number for the store to call and see if my daughter's hoodie was in yet and when I saw the 12/28/11 review I got concerned - it was our story... Happily, when the man answered the phone, he told me within about 10 seconds that it was in. Cautiously optimistic, I asked what size and printing was on it and sure enough, it was all correct. By the way, the service we got was fine - the young lady who took the order was pleasant and the man very friendly! I say give it a try!…

Terrible Service. This store has terrible service. I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter. They did not have her size in stock, but they would order and put the transfer I selected on it. They phoned me and they were out of the transfer I had selected. When I returned the call the person who answered the phone argued that I had never placed an order. After about 10 minutes she said she would call someone and then called me back to say she found my order (no apology). I selected another transfer and was assured it would be ready the next day to pick up (I confirmed the size and transfer). When I arrived, they could not find it. After about 10 minutes of searching they presented the sweatshirt and it was the wrong size!!! I requested a refund as I never want to do business with Mascots again. The people who work there are rude and they are very unorganized. I had to argue to get my money back - my advice....STAY AWAY! There are plenty of places in Pickerington who want your business and will treat you like a customer!…

No spirit here!. Mascots looks like the fun spirit store from the outside but not quite so fun once inside. Employees are not very friendly and acted bothered when I asked questions...let alone for suggestions. Also, pricier than other local stores. I'd say we're paying for the flashy new storefront/rent because we're not paying for service, that's for sure. Why pay more for the exact same item? I'd think for the extra cost it would atleast come with a smile. Mascots may look flashier than some of the older businesses but I think I'll stick with The Barn.…
