We drove to Ohio twice this year and on
each visit we had problems with our minivan (first time a leaking radiator, second time a problem with the electric windows). Both times we took it to CARS at Polaris. Very friendly staff, fair prices, quick service. You can trust these people. Brad serviced the vehicle. He is courteous and knowledgeable.

Their prices are fair.
A professional repair shop. Prices are fair, work is exceptional. This is the best my van has EVER driven on a long distance trip. I couldn't be more pleased.

Good work and very friendly.
I would tell them that your shop does good work and the personnel are very friendly and courteous. But, to make sure the total repair is completed. I had the EGR valve replaced and felt the vacuum line should have been a part of the job, and I was, instead charged to have it cleaned after the fact.

How honest are they? These are clearly 130 fake reviews from the owner of the shop. Notice all the same type of name setup (name followed by numbers), everyone has different pictures, and everyone has written ONE review.
That's not very honest, IMO.

I received honest answers.
Most other shops, make me feel like I am being lied to about issues with my car not at C.A.R.S. I felt that I received honest answers from the shop.
