Don't Bother Calling the Repair Shop

Don't bother calling this company, our dryer recently broke and it took 3 days get an appointment, on the day of the appointment we were called at 6:15pm that the technician would not be coming to look at our appliance, the next appointment available was not for 3 more days, when we asked for an earlier appointment the scheduler said she would call us back within 10-15 mins and never did. When I called the following day no one answered the phone until 9:45 am, when both their website and their answering machine claims they open at 7 am (and their voice mailbox was full). The person who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. If you want an appliance fixed don't call this company they will never show up or answer their phone. We ended up calling a different company which was able to come service our dryer the same day and was very helpful.
