We have had such a wonderful and professional experience with this office. Our son needed braces and we are so glad to have found Drs. Erkis, Hickman and Golden. The office is clean, beautiful, and family-friendly. We always have so much fun talking with the doctors and staff that we actually look forward to every visit! The "braces experience" in this office is extremely enjoyable and fun. We have four other children and will be excited to bring them to see Drs. Erkis, Hickman and Golden in the future (if needed)!

Dr. Erkis and Dr. Hickman Orthodontics

I had braces back when I was in Middle School, but after my teeth shifted, I found I needed them again. I met with Dr Erkis about what my options were. I found him to be knowledgable and well-versed in his field, including ways in which my previous orthodontist had done less than stellar work. I found most of the staff to be very friendly and the office to be on par with other orthodontist offices I have visited in the past. They were able to get the work done on my teeth ahead of schedule and were very accomodating even when I needed to have my retainer replaced a year later. You can try to find another office like theirs, but you'll be looking for a long time.

Dr. Erkis and Hickman Orthodontics

I have been thinking about getting braces for a long time. However, as an adult I was a little hesitant. I met with Dr. Hickman who quickly put my nerves to rest. She was very thorough during our consultation. I was able to see the images of my teeth on their computer to help me better understand the work they were going to do. During my first visit I met many of the employees, from the receptionists to the technician who took photos of my teeth. Everyone was very comforting, professional, and dedicated to the patients. As an added bonus, they offer a fresh baked cookie on your way out! I look forward to working with Dr. Hickman and her staff to accomplish my goal of straight teeth!

Erkis Ronald Dental Practice

Yes, It's just a practice,you can compare it to a gym. Doctors are wonderful people, their stuff is quasi, a bit unclean and unprofessional, chatterboxes that may harm you and make you bleed. Instead of interacting with the client(that is you my dear reader, you are the reason they are in the business) and pampering you while screwing the iron in your mouth, they(stuff) criticize each other, and it's honestly annoying. Bad Working Ethics, Bad Customer Service, Bad Overall Appearance. The place requires an Upgrade,but shall start with the one who does the job.

Let me start off by saying Dr. Erkis is a very pleasant kid friendly person. However I do not like how the office is ran. My daughter got braces put on in June 2007 and as we were leaving getting in the car, the glue loosened and one of her braces fell off. We walked back into the office for the receptionist to tell me it would be two weeks before they could fix it. After becoming very upset considering I just paid Dr. Erkis slightly over $5,000.00, they should of found a way to fix this the same day. Since then there was another time something was wrong with her braces and not once did they ask is she in pain, how is her comfort level. Instead they said three weeks. This was not due to something she ate, the wires were coming apart. Needless to say although Dr. Erkis is very nice with multilple years of experience, I don't feel the customer is FIRST. This office in my opinion is not all it's hyped up to be, I probably could of got better service much cheaper somewhere else. I'm not saying it's horrible, it's just average with a high price to pay.

• Pros: Dr. Erkis has plenty of experience, easy location to find, kid friendly
• Cons: expensive, too long of a wait should a problem arise for an office visit
