WORST SERVICE EVER.
Do I have to give them ANY stars? The greeter was the only person who was remotely pleasant. The server went from bored & disinterested to impatient and cranky. The "manager" was rude, condescending, highly unprofessional and arrogant. The food was bland & tasteless. I took my best friend and her 13 yr-old son and I was embarassed. NEVER AGAIN...This is the crap they have posted regarding their restaurant & service:

How can this place stay in business?.
And I'm talking ALL of them, not just the Hilliard location. Their menu is a dated, limited version of any grill/bar Max & Erma type establishment. They offer what? 5 entrees?? The salad bar looks like the very first Wendy's salad bar from 1985 when we were first introduced to the germ tables. Look for all of this chain to shrivel up and die in the next year or so....how can they keep going? Who eats here?
