Loved this place! The staff was so nice and helpful. I am so glad I listened to the lady who helped me book my appointment because I would have waited too long if I had went in when I wanted to. Now I have the most amazing pictures of my little girl. I highly recommend going here if you are getting a 4d ultrasound done.

This place was great! Everyone from the person who booked my appointment to the lady who did my ultrasound was extremely friendly. They have a very nice facility with a large ultrasound room which worked out great because I brought my whole family to find out our baby's gender. The pictures were so awesome and his gender picture was so clear. I can't wait to go back here later in my pregnancy to see my little guy when he gets bigger. I will tell all my friends to go to First Expressions.

Don't waste your time and money. The tech did not explain anything she was doing or what she was seeing. Just laughed & said awww look @ her. We had no idea what she was talking about. The baby had her hand in front of her face and instead letting us enjoy the natural scene the tech kept tapping on my daughters' belly and got the baby so active it was all blurry. Their big screen has an awful pic & you can't make anything out. Took the discs home we bought & tried to make heads or tails out of the whole thing just to be sadly disappointed & felt like a total waste of $ 135. Called the company, talked to the receptionist which was very pleasant and understanding. The " senior sonographer" which is also the owner was going to review the pics and call us back, which she did but was rude & said as long as we received 1 good face pic of the 95 that were taken it was considered a successful session. Then proceeded to hang up on us! I'm not sure which one was a good pic because I didn't like any of them! They were blurry & distorted. We recently had another 3D/4D ultrasound & let the baby do whatever she wanted w/o stimulating her and received some very nice pics. Just because they have nice pics on their website doesn't mean they will give you that same quality. Look at the other 3D/4D place close to Polaris they will bring you back for a second session if your baby is not cooperative. Don't let the u/s tech tap on your belly til the baby gets moving so much you can't see anything, then it becomes your fault. Only gave it 1 star for the receptionist the rest of the facility gets nothing but to rip me off $135! I think Chris is the owner beware rude & nasty!

AVOID! 20 mins late getting us in. During that 20 mins, father went to car. Tech refused to wait for his return and started anyway. Was told they were booked on days we could come back, found out later office was actually closed. Owner won't return phone calls or emails. Repeatedly lied to. Need I say more? DO NOT GO HERE.

very rude ultrasound tech didnt do good pics only at the end there was like 3 good ones charged me extra becuase bought a 18" bear paid 30 when it says on the summer deal if u want 2 things it would be 115 false avertisment!!!!!!

Horrible experience. They could not tell us the gender. The receptionist is incredibly unpleasant. The 3D and 4D images are very disappointing. The tech doing the ultrasound was friendly enough but she was not good at explaining what we were looking at. We were told we'd have to reschedule in two weeks and they were booked for all our requested times. A horrible waste of time and money.

What a JOKE! Don't waste your money!. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any business!

My family got there and we walked in and the receptionist didn't even say hello. She had as much personality as box of rocks.

We had our ultrasound and the tech was nice but had no bed-side manner at all. Dry personality. She was able to tell us gender.

My baby "was not cooperating" according to the tech and the receptionist so I was told to reschedule w/in 14 days so that I could try again. However, they were booked on most days that I had off work, they're not open on Sundays or Holidays to that left me wanting an appointment 17 days later; not the 14 days they have in their "contract." Even though I left there that day without my pictures or video they would NOT budge and let me come back in 17 days. Mind you that the preceeding 3 days consisted of a booked Saturday, closed Sunday and Holiday Monday. What a joke. Seriously, there are other 4D ultrasound places in the Polaris area and I am kicking myself in the butt for choosing this one. This is a horrible place to go!!!!! It's not worth the money and they are rude and uncooperative with people.

Very Pleased!!!. My husband and I tried for quite some time to get pregnant. During the time we were waiting several of our friends got pregnant and went to First Expressions to get one of these cool new 4D ultrasounds done. Well my husband and I decided when we finally got pregnant we were going to get one done too. We went all out. We got the big Platinum Plus package I think it was like $270 or something like that. It was so neat we got to go in early and find out gender around 15 or 16 weeks then we went back at around 30 weeks to see how much the baby had grown. It was so cool to see what our little girl was doing in there and to watch her grow bigger throughout the pregnancy. At our second visit First Expressions gave us a free little stuffed animal with our daughter's heart beat inside. Our experience was so special we were abe to have family there with us and it made all the years of trying seems so much more special. My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at First Expressions. We would highly recommend going to First Expressions to get a 4D ultrasound done.

My Experience & My Opinion on Don't Waste Your $$$$. I went to First Expressions for both of my children's 4d ultrasounds. I loved First Expressions both times. My first child was extremely stubborn, and would not show his face. I too had to go back to try again free of charge. At that visit he did show his face, and we got great pictures. We just went for our daughter's ultrasound and she did great. You cannot hold First Expressions or an ultrasound Tech responsible for your baby's lack of cooperation. They have no control over your child. They allowed you to come back to try again free of charge. It sounds like twice and offered a third time. Sounds to me they went above and beyond for you. It is not a stressful process on you or your baby. If you were under stress it was probably induced by your frustration that your baby would not cooperate. I have sent all my pregnant friends to First Expressions, and they have had wonderful experiences too.

Dont WASTE Your $$$$$$$$$$$. I was Highly disappointed in our experience! We paid for the $155.00 package with the promise of a DVD and pictures to share with friends and family - No such luck. Our baby was hard to view so we rescheduled once and were told to reschedule again. Not many people understand how much stress is put on you and most important the baby when you have an ultrasound performed by someone that is not a doctor! After trying twice, I couldn't do another, so that combined with a lack of appts available - I wanted a refund or EVEN partial refund. I was told they do no refunds and my only option was to try the highly stressful process again. NO, sorry I will not do that to my baby again. Nothing was offered for compensation, no partial credit, no stuffed animal, no sympathy. I would NOT recommend this horrible experience to anyone!
