Easy to locate, people were friendly and helpful. It is taylored to your comofort level and the price is compareable to day spas. The wholistic aspect is what makes this place exceptional. They also have two locations if you would rather not go downtown and fight with trafic. Their other location is on the west side of columbus. If you need directions go to their web site.

Cons: Outside sounds sometime come in your room
