Kit & Mark cleared the drain in about an hour,RotoRooter spent over 3 hours previous day and left without clearing the drain (charging $506), Capital charged $198. Very good service, would recommend them highly and will never again call RotoRooter.

I was woke up in the middle of the night to find that my basement had flooded due to the excessive rain. My sump pump had failed and I unfortunatly I did not have a back-up sump pump. I called several plumbing companies but was only able to talk to a real person when I called Capital Plumbing. I was relieved when the dispatcher (Tricia) told me that she would send a technician out immediately. When the plumber arrived he was clean and professional. He explained all of the options to me and went over the pros and cons of different back-up units. I decided to purchase a water powered back-up sump pump, because I liked how it would continue to operate even if my power was down for a long period of time. The price of the new sump pump and back-up unit was very fair, but most importantly I now have the peace of mind that my experience with my basement flooding will not happen again!

I had them come out to install a battery backup sump pump. Of course he wanted me to buy a water powered back up witch they sell. Had to point out several items on the factory installation manual that came with the pump, which he failed to adhere to until I said something. I can say that the company was punctual...so if you want timely, this company is fine...anything else is up for grabs....other than cost...it's high enough to be out of reach.
