Nice place for beer and ale.
So here is my first visit. I am impressed with the attention and the atmosphere. The on-tap ale selections are worth of an Irish establishment. I was anxious to try what I presumed would be a plate of traditional corned beef and cabbage. Not so. It was a huge disappointment. Back a few centuries an Irish chef would have been burned at the stake for serving this "yuppized" version of a beloved traditional meal. The meat and potatoes were deli sliced, and the cabbage was ... shredded? And what's with this serving on a bed of sliced carrots?
Faux Irish. I won't go back ... except maybe for the beer and ale on tap.

Fantastic Patio!!!.
The patio is beautiful with planted flowers, large firepit to just sit next to with a beer, outdoor fireplace, on the water. Just a terrific place to enjoy dinner and then relax around the firepit with a good beer!!!

Very nice!.
Ok, so it's another 'American Irish' pub but it's definitely one of the nicest I have been to. There is ample parking, the decor is warm and comfortable (if a little cliched), and the servers were extremely friendly and attentive. Husband's Chicken Tenders appetizer was a little pricey, but the tenders were a decent size, and honey/mustard dipping sauce was really delicious. I was a rather disappointed with my Farmhouse salad - just under $4 for one small diced tomato, two slices of cuke, a sprinkling of diced red onion, over a fairly measly portion of romaine and iceberg... For my entree, I opted for the Monaghan Meatloaf Melt, which I really enjoyed. Husband was less impressed with his Bunratty Beef Melt - the beef was tough. Overall, I enjoyed our meal at the Claddagh. I would definitely go again.

Enjoy traditional Irish food and drink in an upscale Americanized pub decorated with memorabilia from the Irish heartland..
In Short
Irish melodies waft through this pub popular with those thirsty for Irish brews and whiskey. Historical Irish artifacts and motifs create a window to the past while a fireplace and seasonal outdoor seating guarantee a comfortable present. Hard-to-find single- and double-malt Scotches, Irish whiskey and 11 Irish beers (along with Michelob) complement food from the late-night kitchen which serves up fish and chips, Irish stew and more. Irish coffee is always brewing.
