TED'S HAS CHANGED. This is my original review:

The Bison burgers are perfect, but everything on the menu is just great. Try the roast and a lettuce wedge with thousand island and bacon, you'll be hooked.

This is my new review:

After time away from Ted's, I heard that they were bought by a new company.

The menu was shrunk down to practically nothing, the prices were raised way too high and It was almost like going to a different restaurant. They shouldn't have messed with a good thing. You would think that people would learn the lesson of Max and Erma's.

GREAT FOOD, SERVICE, ATMOSPHERE!. Last night was my first visit to Ted's but definitely not the last! My friend & I each had tthe Blue Creek Burger(blue cheese & bacon) It was wonderful!! We also had the onion rings. Don't miss them!!! They have great sides to replace the fries with the burgers. The service was wonderful! The manager circles the room checking with diners. The dark wood high back booths are nice & private. Oh! and the pickles they bring to the table when you sit down are to die for!! I can't wait to go back!

Families and large groups feast on hearty cuts and comfort food at this Rocky-Mountain style steakhouse.. In Short
Lots of mahogany, tin ceilings, metal crown molding and Arts and Crafts-style décor prevail at this casual, comfortable saloon, part of media mogul Ted Turner's domain. Beef and bison are king, and they're hand-cut on site. Other bites include beer-can chicken, bison prime rib and cedar planked salmon. For dessert, there's home-made cookies, Kahlua fudge brownies, Coke floats and strawberry shortcake.

Best fresh food that is cooked VERY well. This place is GREAT! I am so happy that I worked there, or else I might've never known what it was. This place's food is so great and from working behind the scenes I know that they pride themselves on making sure everything is fresh. I highly recommend getting the Onion rings and eating them w/ the horseradish sauce. As far as salads go my favorite was the Salmon Caesar, and you can't go wrong with any sandwich, be it beef, chicken, or bison. Buffalo meat is great for you and does not taste as gamey as most would think. I can not wait to go back to Columbus to go eat there again.

Best Choice We've Made in a Long Time!. EVERYTHING was excellent, from our shrimp cocktail to out bison filet and strip and delicious sides. The beers were unique, cocktails delicious, and server soooo nice! We sat in a booth with high backs, so it was very private. It seemed a little pricey at first, but we actually ate more and paid less than at Outback, and had WAY better service.

I highly recommend dining here, and I think this is where fiance and I will return to time and time again.

Nice for a change.. Ted's is nice - very interesting decor, good location, excellent service - but we thought it was rather expensive. Soda is priced by the glass, and, quite honestly, there are plenty of better burger joints that offer free refills.

Great food!!. This is a great resturant to try new things. I ordered a Bison burger, It came with a wonderful amount of sides.. The Service was Fast & Friendly. The waiter also greeted us and told us about the history of the resturant. I had a wonderful time and it did not cost an arm and a leg for great food.. I give the resturant a 10.
