WE RECOMEND ARCH EXPRESS FOR GOOD STANDING.
Arch Express arrived on time for all of my pickups for the airport in clean sedans and limos.
Driver are proficional and they have good customer service skils
we had in afew times requested a service in a short notice .the arch dispatchers work with us very will and make our trips on time .
we recomend Arch Express for the long term provider that keep us as agood customers .
Do not use their service!!!!!!!!.
This place could not provide worse service.

I was picked up in a dirty limousine. I will be posting a web site with all of the pictures. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.
Here is a run down of my issues upon pickup:
- Driver was 15 minutes late without notice
- One speaker was tape up by duct tape
- One speaker was halfway hanging down
- White, dried foamy substance was on the counter and carpet
- Sticky substance was all over the seats
- Vehicle smelled of musty smoke
- Cup holders were broke
- Windows were not operable from the back
- Random styrofoam cup with straws was left in a cupholder
Furthermore, the company told me that they would take care of me the following morning. I did not receive a phone call back the following morning.
Then, I was told that I would receive a call back by 10:00 am the next day, but I still did not receive a call. So, I called. Then, I was told that I would receive a call by 5:00 pm that day, but I still didn't receive a call. So, I called again that evening, and was told that I would receive a call by the following morning.
I still didn't receive a call back. They continued to ignore the problem.
So, I called them again. After sending pictures (yes, I have documented every step of this horrible journey), the owner emailed (HE DIDN'T EVEN CALL) and said that he would give me a $50 credit.
I am currently moving forward with the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General's Office, and legal action.

Abysmal service, does not represent Columbus well!!. For the arrival of my newborn son (freshly out from intensive care unit in another city) and my wife, I rented a limouisine from Arch for airport pickup. They were prepaid over $300 but forgot to arrive. They sent a car over an hour late that was freezing inside with no working heat in the November cold to pick us up. After vehement complaints they finally sent a bus with heat and another driver who demanded a 40 dollar tip. A refund or apology was never issued from this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!

If You Plan On Getting There, Don't Call Here.. After a search for taxi companies that work the Columbus International Airport area, we found the Arch Express website. They claimed to provide the best service, and seemed legitimate. Until we called. While on the phone, they agreed to the $15 advertised price until someone in the background there decided to change the price to $25. They then had trouble understanding our address. They called shortly after to ask for directions, even though we had already provided directions, and even though they claim to provide service to our town and should know it well. (Nevermind that any legitimate cab company will use a gps or mapquest.) They were due here early in the am to reach the airport in enough time to catch the flight. No one showed up. We called to ask where the driver was, and the person who answered the phone hung up. We called again about 15 minutes later, and the person who answered the phone said he didn't know where the driver was. He told us to just call a cab. We thought we had. With no time to spare, we had to arrange a ride from a neighbor - not the best way to ask for a favor in the middle of the night. If you plan on reaching your destination, avoid this "business".
