Cannot say enough good things about this practice!. I have been a patient of Monarch Health for many years and have referred literally dozens of friends and loved ones. The staff has always treated me very well and I receive excellent care at this practice. Finding a doctor in the Columbus area with whom I felt comfortable and appreciated by was difficult. I have been a patient since 1996 and would not think of going anywhere else. I referred a friend of mine who came across this site and some of the negative reviews, therefor, I thought it only fair that I give the perspective of a long time patient.…
Beware of those people they would rip you off. They are in it for the money. They do not care about their patients as much as they care about the money. They look at you as a number. Fees and charges are beyond outrageous, and you will be lucky if you can have an appointment with the doctor or talk to the doctor over the phone. I would not recommend this office to anyone seriously.…
Product pushers. I went because of a groupon or living social special on laser hair removal I was required to go to a consultation first. By the time I was done with the consultation they had tried to add another $3500 worth of products and services. During my laser treatment the doctor come in to introduce herself and the next thing I know she was suggesting all this stuff I needed. It's obvious that they are paid to upsell and push their services. Also doesn't have convenient times. Just going untii treatment done. I suggest Advanced Laser next door. Similar prices and much nicer.…
Friendly Staff, Fast Treatments. I purchased laser hair treatments from Monarch Health and have been extremely impressed with the results. I am only halfway through my scheduled treatments but I notice dramatic reduction in hair growth! The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions and concerns. The best thing about Monarch is that they this new laser that cuts my treatment time in half and doesn't hurt a bit! Now I can get a full treatment in less than an hour!…
Good luck getting an evening appointment. I purchased 5 laser treatments through a Groupon ad they did. I was told at my initial evaluation that I needed to schedule treatments every 4-5 weeks for optimal results. I explained that I work during the week so needed evening or weekend appointments. I was assured they would be no problem. It has been an ongoing problem. I had to cancel an appointment I have three days from now and in trying to reschedule, I was told the next available appointment would be at least 3 months from now. Care is good, but if you need evenings or weekends, go somewhere else!…
