Good luck getting any service!
by green1895
If you want cosmetic treatments, then knock yourself out. If you want medical care, better service elsewhere. Good luck with getting service! If you need a Rx refill or faxed to pharmacist, they won't do it--even if you have been there a long time. You have to go in, pay your copay and get your Rx refilled. Then they won't even fax it to the pharmacy--you have to hand deliver it to your pharmacist. They are all about the $$$$$.
First impression: While in waiting room and exam room, you are bombarded by pamplets and infomercials for laser hair removal, dermabrasion, cellulite removal, face lifts, you name it! I was confused. Am I in a doctor's office or a cosmetic surgeons office?
When I first met my nurse practitioner, she wasn't wearing a lab coat, but a pink t-shirt with "BOTOX" bedazzled on the front (you can't make this stuff up!!!).
However, despite that, I have been going there b/c it is conveniently located. I have been going there 2 years+. Also, I have been on the same medication for 6 years and they have yet to write a Rx for more than 3 months at a time. If your pharmacy contacts them for 1 refill, they won't do it. You have to make an appt and go in and pay your co-pay and then you're good for 3 months. I thought maybe it was me b/c of my specific medication, but they did it for my husband's high blood-pressure medicine--and he was completely out! He would've been w/o it for a week but CVS was nice enough to give us 3 pills at a time until we could get an appt.
Geez!!!
- Pros: Close to home
- Cons: More interested in your vericose veins than your bronchitis!
Amazing Doc!

I had Plasma Portrait and loved it and why the heck wouldn't you buy the products (in my case Obagi NuDerm ) to maintain the results. If you are going to do something, do it right. They want you to see great results so they recommend what they think is best for you to see those results. Don't go there if you don't want their expert advice. Dcs is worth waiting for, I have wasted my time with several "hospital dermatologists" and they NEVER helped me the way Dr. Cole-Sedivy has. I for one am grateful that Dr. Cole-Sedivy contiues to see medical patients which none of the other aesthetic medicine doctors do anymore. Monarch Health is well-rounded and I would not consider going anywhere else. So what if she is a little late. She spends a few extra minutes with me when I need it and I can understand when someone else does. It is a doctor's office not a salon and Dr. Cole-Sedivy and her staff are awesome.
Great experience from caring professionals

Both my young son and I go to Monarch for medical care, and I've also had several cosmetic procedures there. I have been amazed at the length of time the doctors and nurses are willing to spend with us. I never feel rushed, and I always feel like they sincerely care about me as a person. The aesthetic services are wonderful! They have a variety of treatments available, and I've always been very pleased with the results.
- Pros: providers who care; quality services
- Cons: can't think of any!
