My favorite Indian Restaurant!. Good food, good prices. I come here often. You can vary the spiciness. My favorites are the baigan bartha (eggplant) and the saag paneer. The chicken dishes are all really good also, delicious combination of tender meet and balanced sauces. Check it out!

Service is average, good food. I don't quite understand the bad reviews (then again, I haven't eaten their lunch buffet in years.) The service is adequate, nothing special. The food is good though and I like that there are several vegetarian dishes they will "veganize" for you-this is less for me a concern about dairy products and more about not eating large quantities of cream and butter with my meal. A friend of mine says she dreams about their okra dish. They have a wide selection of naan and it's excellent.

Terrible. Don't always expect food to eat at this place.. First, I will say that I would have given it 0 stars, but that is not allowed.

I have dined at this restaurant for years. Our first dining experience was in the evening, from the menu. From what I recall, everything was good.

The last year or so, we have dined here, mostly the lunch buffet. We arrived there the other day at 1:30 (an hour before the restaurant was to close for lunch), and again the buffet was running out of food. This has happened before, but that was when we arrived closer to closing. We thought 1:30 was surely going to be enough time before closing at 2:30. We didn't expect them to be running out of food nor did we expect the food to be old/bad. When I asked the servers (you know, the ones that recognize us because we have frequented their restaurant for years) if they would put more of the veggie dish out, they looked at me and said that there was no more left to put out. This would have been okay (but again this has happened before), I mean, it was one veggie dish, but then I found that the Tandori Chicken (the whole reason I go to Indian food for lunch), was just about gone, and what was left was terrible and dry. The mango pudding (another favorite of mine) had no mangoes in it and was just about empty. I had to scrape the bottom of the pan to get some (same with the rice pudding);

The most disturbing part of all of this, the reason why I will not be giving them money in exchange for old/bad or no food is that the owner? or servers at this restaurant do not seem to think this is a problem. They must not think that the buffet needs to be fresh, fully stocked, and ... I don't know... appealing? or edible?

In short, if you really must go to this place, you might want to go for dinner, or an early lunch if you actually expect them to have food for you to eat.

We found it bland. My daughter and I tried this out and were underwhelmed. Service was prompt, water and bread delivered quickly. The vegetable samosas were great. We ordered chicken korma and chicken tikki masala based on other reviews. We asked for medium spice. Maybe that was the problem - we like a little kick but don't want heat to be the only sensation. Both lacked the complexity of spices we look for in Indian meals. The tikki masala my daughter compared to tomato soup. The korma was just dull. We may give it another try. Next time I will ask the wait staff for suggestions on how to order. Maybe most patrons are looking for bland?

Service and food was very POOR. This was my first time ever having Indian food so other than being told to expect spicy food I went with an open mind. Was seated at a table that was supposed to be ready for customers but the waitress was picking food and hair off it as she poured my one and only glass of water I would get throughout my meal. Two of the buffet spots were empty through my entire meal making a small buffet even smaller. Dirty plates stayed on the table during the course of my entire stay until the check was brought to the table during which time I finally got a refill on my water. I Will NOT return here again.

One of the best we have been to in Cbus. We are vegetarians and have been to many cbus Indian restaurants. This one is at the top of out list. Great flavors. could be considered heavy but hey, its Indian. I would say the staff tries but service was not that bad. I have had equal, if not less attentive, service at the "better" restaurant "chain" name famous in cbus. (hint: CM)

Bad Service and Bad Food. It is one of the sub-par indian restaurant I have been to in the country. The food is really bad, and the staff has a really bad attitude. We went twice to try out their buffet, which is supposed to be till 2.30 pm. We went in at around 1.55, and the waitress expressed her displeasure for comming in so close to 2.30! They stop re-filling the buffet from 2.00pm, so, you eat what you get, if anything. The staff appears to be genuinly unhappy to see customers walk in. The quality of the food is also very bad. The spices in the curries are uncooked. The meat is also under-done.

The Best Indian cuisine in town!. The cuisine served at this restaurant was phenomenal and the service was excellent!! I highly recommend dinning here. This place was very clean, No wait to be seated, No foreign objects in food, The food was awesome and just because the waitress isn't at your table every time you turn around doesn't mean "Bad" service, you have to remember this is not an American restaurant, If you want an annoying waitress breathing down your neck every second you should probably dine at Texas Roadhouse. We were treated very nicely and with respect, Different culture, but there is much to be appreciated about this restaurant, It's excellent. I believe that if your just going to get on a website and give some one a bad review you should just keep it to yourself, you stupid Americans.

Amazingly AMAZING. This is by far the best indian restaurant I have been to in a long time. I went to the dinner and they have many different types of curry. They have a wide selection of vegetarian, chicken, lamb, and some seafood options. All the items seemed delicious by their descriptions but I had to chose one. Although I could have chosen a veggie platter or non-veggie platter they had that had combinations. The Chicken Tikka Masala was top class. It was amazingly good and delicous. They had a large variety of breads but I chose the recomended Kashmiri Naan and it was very tasty. It was stuffed bread with cashews, raisins, and coconut. The service was also great. It had a very relaxing atmosphere. No complains from me! I encourage others to go and check it out.

very good. i love this resturant. I go there everyday and the staff is really nice. The food is very good... i have never had a bad experience. the prices are good (considering the fact that the prices on everything else in the country are going up). I sometimes see people who come in at 2:30 and the manager says they cannot eat and I enderstand because if i owned the restuarant then i would say the same thing. Other than that the service is awesome and so is the food
