Rude staff that do NOT care for their customers nor do they understand the definition of what customer service is all about. I even had to talk to a manager and he stuck up for his staff being rude to me, even attempting to explain why his worker was acting all emotional. I have been in the customer service industry now for over ten plus years and never would I ever make a customer feel like they deserve to be treated with disrespect because they asked for something that wasn't specifically on the menu. All I wanted was dinner and they were dinner blocking me! Next time I ask for something as simple as getting my chicken ceasar salad in a wrap, I will go to another COSI before I come back to the Polaris location where the staff/manager act like children.
