stay away from this company. do not rent from this company or anything associated with it. they are scam artists. check the business reports(this site filters out the non-profit group's name) on them. hundreds of filings. check the attorney general's office records; again, tons of bad reports. no one renting from them has ever gotten a security deposit back. in fact most people who live in their apartments get a huge bill after move-out for "damages." they then harass you, threaten you with court, and try to make you feel helpless; that you must pay their bogus charges. further, your electric and water bills are under "american power and light" and "columbus and central ohio systems," respectively. these companies are owned by ardent (or triangle real estate as they were formerly known by) and are simply power and water resellers. ie, they buy power and water service, then charge you extra to buy it from them. STAY AWAY!
