Worst Nail Spa Ever

I am rating this place below awful! STAY AWAY…….

This is absolutely the worst nail shop ever. My girlfriend and I went for pedicures just before my vacation and we walked out with our feet looking worst than when we went in. The entire pedicure from start to finish took less that 15mins (we were the only ones there, wonder why?). They did not allow our feet to soak and used a regular $1.99 pumice stone to rub our feet. Our feet still had lots of visible dead skin that we later used lotion to conceal. The nail polish was all over our toes and the guy did not think to clean off the excess without us saying something.

After leaving, we called to complain which they told us to come in so they can see what we are complaining about. When we got there, the lady (cant remember her name) was so rude and only repainted my girlfriend’s toenails. I could have done this at home and saved myself the $40.

I came to Dublin Ohio to visit my sister. While I was here I needed to get my acrylic nails

filled. My sister does not have her nails done. So I looked at reviews of nail places and

this one seemed good. They were. I called ahead and asked if I could walk in and they said yes. I asked the price of a fill and they said $20. I asked how many employees they had and they said 6. It was close to Krogers on Bridge St. I came in and at first there only looked like two people but then a third lady came out and I was directed to sit at her station. She was really nice and her name was Han. I have French nail style and round nails not square. I am allergic to the medicine they use to stop bacteria so they were really careful not to get it on top of my skin. They asked if I wanted to be air brushed and I said yes. It was $1.25 more. I was in and out in about 45 min. I did not need my nails repaired or cut down. They were clean and respectful and I will go back again while I am here. The price was the same as I pay in California, where I am from. I was so pleased I decided to take the time to write this review. falean 9/30/08
