diarrhea.
At 7 P.M. Friday night 2/10/2012, I ordered a ribeye steak with the bone in, (medium rare), a mashed potato, and a simple salad.
At 4: A.M. I was awakened with diarrhea, and that symptom continued through the early afternoon of the next day.
I called the manager, who identified himself as John
Berkey, and I told him my debilitating symptoms to avoid others ordering the apparently tainted beef.
Who knew Houston's best Mexican included tourista.

very good food and excellent service.
I went in the other day with friends and just had a really good time. we sat at a table in the bar area. there were several tv's so the guys could watch their sports. the drinks were good and the rolls are THE BEST EVER!! i have to say i hardly ate my food when it came because i ate too many rolls!! our group ate several different things mostly steak. the food was great the service was great . i don't have anything negative i could say about the place! it's a fun atmosphere and my son loves the peanut buckets on the table! the reason i decided to write this review was because i have been to other texas roadhouse locations and the service at the bethel road location was far better than the others. i believe our servers name was kyle.

Texas--themed barbecue chain provides carnivores with a family-friendly spot for a hand-cut steak or rack of tender ribs..
In Short
With dozens of locations spread across most of the country, this faux-roadhouse chain has become a dependable spot for families in search of a casual spot for affordable steaks and down-home comfort fare. The playful menu is dotted with kid-friendly titles (chicken "critters," "road kill" chopped sirloin) and options (add caramel and marshmallow to a baked sweet potato for a dollar). In-house hand-cut steaks come in a plethora of cuts and sizes.

Definitely worth a return - especially for Matt J..
I recently visited Columbus and ate at the Texas Roadhouse twice, once on Friday night and then again during the early evening hours on a different day. The servers were friendlier than here at home, and being from the south, that is hard to top. Matt J. was by far the most memorable, both working the bar and waiting tables. He earned his tip and definitely made my trip to Columbus a memorable one. He had a very pleasant attitude and given the people at the booth next to me, that was quite a chore (this lady had two of the devil's spawn with her and he did not once get hateful, or seem to be bothered by what annoyed the life out of me). Thanks Matt J., Texas Roadhouse and Columbus for making the stay worth the journey! Oh yeah, the food, it was delicious, being a woman who enjoys a good steak, they indeed earn two thumbs up or should I say, a fork and steak knife to the plate for the meal and the service!

GREAT BARTENDER.
Almost everything was average except for the Bartender Natalie. She was exceptional for providing good service and she was nice, well mannered and didnt scew anything up like most servers do now a days. I really recommend sitting at the bar and letting Natalie fill your mug with libation.
