Loving My New Home

Well, I guess I will be the first to give this place two thumbs up since others seem so negative about it. I love it here, I could not be happier. Unlike the two below me, we had no issues with paperwork or management. In fact they have kept us up with stuff, so no complaints there. It's awfully quiet, with the exception of a few neighbors that seem to think it's fun to just leave you car on with your radio blaring, but when you ask them to turn it down they do. The place is clean, the apartments are AMAZING, maintenance is fast and excellent and its in a quiet area. I love our neighbors, they are all so sweet and it's great to go outside and just talk. In my last place if you spent anytime outside you got looked at funny. I would recommend this place FOR SURE!

The Worst Management

Same reveiw, I like the apartment itself but the management is the terrible. I had trouble with them when I signed my first lease and worse trouble when I tried to renew it. They NEVER call you back no matter how many messages you leave. The manager in the leasing office is lazy and unmotivated. First, she is never there, second, when she is there she is busy and can't talk to you about anything. They never know where your paperwork is, ever! When you ask them about something that is screwed up, it's always someone elses fault or they say "we'll look into it". And they don't. I really don't know how they keep their jobs. They are worthless!!! Its not worth the headache and screaming...Avoid this place like the plague...

Do not move here

This place is very unorganized. They tell you that they don't have all your paper work but when they look again they see them. They do not communicate well. They don't look at your paper work until you come in and say it is your move in day. I left several unreturned voicemails. I didn't even live there, but I applied and they told me the day I was supposed to start moving in that I couldn't move in. There are better places to live around there then that place.
