First timers...Arrived on time for reservation and seated promptly. We were waited on quickly and the food served nicely. We did not see anything wrong at all, other than the decibel level was way too loud. We enjoy talking during our meal, not using sign language. We stayed longer than other tables, so after everyone left it was very enjoyable. We will go back, but not on a weekend nite.

Pros: Easy parking, food prepared well

Cons: Too noisy during busy times

Finally, I give up on this restaurant. After a couple good lunches here, it's been nothing but bad food and indifferent to horrible service (I once waited eight minutes, no one approached my table at all, and there were only ten other tables seated and nine servers that I saw including the one who was reading a magazine). I once convinced a friend to give it another try only to have our entrees come out cold. We sent them back, they returned (the crab cakes...the same ones we sent back) lukewarm. I sent mine back again. Don't bother with the lobster bisque; it tastes canned, as if it is flavored with nothing but lobster base. The 'horseradish' salad dressing on the steak salad sounds good, but has no flavor, even if you get it on the side and taste it on a fork! Today, I was pleased to see the flatbread brought to the table. It is usually one of the best things they make, though they are often out of it. Unfortunately, this time it was very, very stale. The other bread they serve tastes as if it came in frozen and was warmed up, not worth eating. If you can get them to serve it hot, the crab cake and sweet potato fries is very good, but only rarely is it well prepared. I ordered a chopped salad and steak sandwich. The salad came quickly but had almost no dressing, unfortunately no one bothered to ask me if it was alright until my server showed up again with my sandwich. This is just the last in a long line of bad experiences. This used to be a very good chain, I try to support local businesses (with the exception of Cameron Mitchell restaurants), but this is beyond the pale. Yes, it's convenient, yes it's pretty and has reasonably good iced tea, but no, I won't go back, and cannot suggest anyone else does, either.

Pros: Great location for shopping, pretty restaurant

Cons: Inconsistant food, bad service
