I held a function for 300 people. Premier Class Catering was not prepared at all. Not enough staff. Rude staff. I had finished my dinner 45 minutes while many others hadn't been served yet. I tryed to talk to the person in charge and immediately she was defensive. Plus, I work with caterers all the time.........this is the first time I have seen them in sweats. How about a little professionalism!
