Zoot Scoots is the best! I've been happily riding a trusty Kymco People 150 I bought from Rick & co nearly 4 years ago. It's my year-round primary mode of transportation. 20,000 miles so far, and they know how to keep it purring. Couldn't be happier.

Recently, with winter weather and the holidays, my scooter had a bit of trouble starting, but they knew just what to do to get me moving again quickly and for less money than I expected! With a super tune up, a recharged battery, some judicious maintenance, and a trickle charger to keep it from happening again, I'm sure I'll stay rolling for many more happy miles and years to come. Thanks, Ken!

SERVICE FAR BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS- BUY HERE B4 ANYWHERE !. Okay so I fell in love with a new all white julliet scooter by puma. The owner Rick gave me a great out the door price and I basically emptied my savings on this bike. While filling out the paperwork I explained plans to put my car in the shop to be re-wired electrically now that I have the scooter etc. A day after I had the scooter little things started to not work properly and it would die out etc. Of course this happens after I drop my car off at the mechanic. I call Rick freaking out bc I had huge plans needed transportation for work and had no extra $ for taxi's etc bc I bought the scooter. While I am basically screaming at him my dog began to bark bc of a car pulling in the driveway and I look out and there is rick with a trailor attached to his van with a loaner for me. HE CAME AND GOT MY SCOOTER, DROPPED OFF A LOANER WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING! WHILE I WAS B_TCHING HIM OUT EVEN. To make a long story short the scooter I guess after a week of nothing but problems he was sending back to the manufacturer and refunded my cash no ?s asked and with a smile. He is a bit long winded lol but completely takes care of you as a paying customer. I cannot say enough good things about him and I still have no scooter-that says something ya know!

Terrible service. The worst service ever. EVER!. At first I was told that my tune-up could be done during my lunch hour. When I called before heading over I was told that I would need to leave it and pick it up at the end of the day (so I had to arrange for a last minute ride back to work). When I dropped it off I was told that I would have to pick it up the next morning. When I called the next morning I was told that it wouldn't be ready - and since they are closed Sun thru Wed - I would have to wait five days to get it. For a tune-up!!! (I said that was unacceptable and managed to get them to finish it in a few hours.)

Now that I have it back it stalls all the time (and I have a heck of time restarting it), the oil light is always on and even though it has a full(ish) tank - the gas gauge shows empty.

I'm torn between taking it back to them to fix it or just shelling out more money to have it fixed by someone else. That's how bad their service is. Oh, and they have pretty difficult hours to work with: Wed - Sat, 11 - 5. Thats 24 hours a week! For a job in the service industry!

I almost forgot to mention the best part: when I finally picked my scooter up - the Saturday he said they couldn't get it to me but I insisted on getting it back - he was drinking a beer when I walked into the shop!! Too busy to fix my scooter (over 24 hrs after he said it would be done) but not too busy for an afternoon drink at work. At work!

Seriously - don't go to Zoot Scoots. I regret that I ever did.
